Cantata has been certified by SGS-TÜV Saar GmbH as “usable in development of safety related software” up to the highest safety integrity levels for all main safety related standards: IEC 61508:2010 (general industrial) , ISO 26262:2011 (automotive), EN 50128:2011 (railways), IEC 60880:2006 (nuclear power) and IEC 62304:2006 (medical devices).

Cantata 7.2 features a powerful new test case editor, interactive tutorials and major enhancements for the Cantata Team Reporting add-on.
